THE BRIEF

Celebrate the UK release of New Balance’s 247 lifestyle trainer and help fuel sell through into key retail partner JD Sports.

 

OUR APPROACH

  • Hold an intimate gig in conjunction with JD Sports at a secret London location to create hype around the release
     
  • Collaborate with leading UK Grime artists to perform at the event, teasing and creating a buzz across the brand’s social media platforms prior to the event
     
  • Engage consumers with an Instagram specific competition which allowed them to win tickets to the gig

THE RESULTS

A select group of influencers, press and social media competition winners enjoyed live performances from grime artists Ghetts and Frisco and a DJ set from Logan Sama whilst getting to know the new 247 style.

The event saw over 200 guests attending and resulted in an on the night total social media reach of 891,061 people.
